Photos/Video clips Q: I’m having trouble uploading my photos, what is the problem? A: It may be your photos are too large or sent in a format not compatible with our site. Please be sure your photos are sent as .jpg, .gif and .png files Q: I’m trying to upload a video clip and its just not working, what can I do? A: You may use .avi files for your video. The file size should be no more than 5 MB. Profiles Q: I have just registered a profile on the site but can’t access my account? A: After registering with our site you will need to confirm your registration by clicking the link that we have mailed to the email address you have given us during registration, after that you should be good to go! Q: Can I hide my account while still being signed on? A: Absolutely, just click the “Hide Profile” option in the member menu to sign in as invisible Billing You may ask any billing questions directly by clicking the “Customer Support” at the bottom of any of our pages!
